氣炸鍋牛奶吐司
份量:18*8.5*6 cm小土司一條
材料:高筋麵粉100g、砂糖8g、鹽1.8g、奶油5
g、水45g、酵母1g、牛奶23g、湯種麵糰25g(
作法:
1.材料一起拌勻,我是用攪拌機拌揉至麵糰發亮。
2.攪拌完後我是直接把攪拌盆用保鮮膜蓋起來,靜置1h
r發酵。
3.把麵糰平均分切成四個麵糰,滾圓靜置30mins供
其鬆展。
4.每顆麵糰拿來擀,至少擀兩次,擀成平面,捲起,再擀
平,多擀幾次沒關係。5.最後一次擀成長型捲起後,放入
6.拿掉濕布,改以鋁箔紙或烘培紙加蓋,避免氣旋熱風吹
垮吐司體,記住要固定喔,最好是壓到吐司模底部,確保紙
7.氣炸鍋預熱200度,將吐司模放入,20分鐘即可。
材料:熟地瓜245g、地瓜粉70g、砂糖1大匙
作法:
1.熟地瓜壓成泥,加砂糖拌勻。
2.加入地瓜粉拌勻,可加一些開水,增加濕潤度。
3.地瓜糰刷上薄薄一層蔬菜油,繼續和勻。
4.揉成長條狀,切小塊,每個小塊分別搓成球狀。
5.預熱好的氣炸鍋 160度7分鐘 ,180度3分,中途每2~3分鐘開啟一次,並用湯匙背
壓它們!
這裡要注意的是!!
湯匙要進場前,請先在湯匙背抹點油,湯匙才不會黏上地瓜
地瓜球每顆都要壓到,他們才會脹大唷!!
